Abstract submission at the Online Registration Closed

For abstract submission please, use the following steps:
(1) Download and edit the ABSTRACT TEMPLATE,
(2) Modify the filename with your name like e.g. "Surname_Forename_Wigner111_2013.docx"
(3) Login to the REGISTRATION click to the "Abstracts/Papers" link and upload your abstract file.

The abstract should not be longer than 2000 characters. All abstracts should be submitted online before 27th October 2013.

Information for Presentations

The official language of the congress is English. Oral presentations are 40 minutes (plenary) and 25 (parallel) minutes incl. discussion. If you need some assistance during the upload, please contact the Organisers. Please see one of our technical assistants for help in the breaks, not later than, before your session. Talks should generally be in PDF or in M$ PowerPoint format. Please indicate a day in advance if you need extra/special software/hardware requirement for your presentation.
You are invited to join a Mini Poster Section organized on 12th November starting at 17:00 in the lecture hall. Posters can be pinned up anytime during the conference, but not later than the poster session. We note, the size of the posters should be A0 (84.1 cm �~W 118.9 cm or 33.1" �~W 46.8") in portrait format.

Terms and conditions of participation

Advanced online registration is a condition of participation in the symposium. During the online registration you should accept the terms and conditions of participation as well as the terms of cancellation written on this website. The registration fee/accompanying person's registration fee includes entertainment allowances, such as catering services, reception, dinner etc. In the final invoice the amount of these services will be indicated as intermediary service.

Cancellation policy of registration

All the cancellations and changes must be sent to Diamond Congress Ltd. in written form. All refunds will be processed after the Conference. Please send your exact bank account details in the written cancellation, unless you paid by credit card.

Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows:

100% refund: in case of cancellation received before 15 October, 2013.
No refund: in case of cancellation, received after 16 October, 2013.

Methods of payment, confirmation and invoices

or by major credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard) to be arranged during the secure online registration. A pro forma invoice should be generated (pdf) in order to arrange any payment, wire transfer or credit card. The paid amount should appear in the paid coloumn in case of successful online payment. Manual card charges and bank wire transfers are to be credited in your "Paid" coloumn only after receipt payment.

Registrations which are not accompanied by appropriate payment, will not be honoured. Registrations and optional programme reservations will be acknowledged in writing. Confirmation is to be sent by the Secretariate to the email address of the registration (used during the registration), ONLY if a payment was made. Participants who paid the fee will be able to download a PAID INVOICE in pdf in their personal records within a week time after the receipt of payment, from the "My Invoices" menu after logging into the registration datebase.

Official final invoices and receipts for fees paid by the participants will be handed over on site at the registration desk. Congress bureau Diamond Congress Ltd. is responsible for collection of all charges; hence all financial issues are handled and confirmed by the congress bureau.

On site registration fees and optional programmes can be paid in Euro or in Hungarian Forint. Besides, credit cards listed above will be accepted. The organisers regret that cheques cannot be accepted, they should be cashed at the banks.
