The eighth edition of the Lectures on Modern Scientific Computing event, organized by WSCLAB, focused on the scientific applications of LLMs. These algorithms not only revolutionize information processing, creative work, and problem-solving in everyday life but also play a transformative role in the scientific community.
The presentations highlighted how artificial intelligence enhances programming and accelerates research processes through AI-powered copilots. With LLMs, tasks such as coding, analyzing research documents, and generating creative ideas become simpler.
